Sometimes I think we have a habit of taking our deceased loved ones for granted or allowing our own ego to get in the way of allowing our loved ones to come through to protect and guide us. This is true in all aspects of life, not just from evil spirits.

Have you ever experienced that inner voice warning you to not get in your car. Or, do not become friends with a stranger you just met at a gathering, or out in public and invite them into your home? Hello, I have a question about astral projection. I started to get interested in this a little while after my mum passed in april. I thought I may be able to see her and speak with her if I managed to achieve astral projection. Since this interest, every time i sleep on my back I go into sleep paralysis. However, I cant progress into astral projection because it is very scary for me as I feel like I'm suffocating when this happens. I panic and force myself to wake up. This only ever happened about once a year before this. It sometimes lasts a long time. This has happened about 3 times per week since my mum died, as mentioned on a previous post. I no longer try to go into it anymore(due to the suffocating feeling), but it still happens. I read that sleep paralysis is the pathway to astral projection. Why has this started to happen so frequently since simply taking an interest in it? Is this connected to the afterlife? I am concerned about it as I now cannot seem to stop this happening. Could it be my mum trying to communicate? Im asking due to more knowledge around this in this group.

This is what your deceased lived ones want you to know. They are always with you and will be there no matter what. But, it’s up to us to be open to listening to them when they communicate to us. Whether it is good or bad, they are beside us through everything. If ever we are in danger of some kind whether it be in the physical or spiritual world, it is up to us to listen to their guidance when they speak to us through that inner voice that is telling us to be careful and etc.

As I woke up from the dream I remembered I fell asleep before saying a prayer to protect myself and give thanks to God. That is why my mom came through to help protect and guide me through and out of the dream. I have on rare occasions experienced a evil spirit being around in my house when I was awake. All I had to do is ask God for help and protection. Once I did that my guardian angels and deceased loved ones came to my rescue and got rid of it as I watched them all appear in different colored spirit orbs. I knew I was safe then.

I’m sorry you feel your loved ones aren’t protecting you, I can assure you they are. However, it’s not solely up to them to do it all, it requires ourselves playing a part in protecting ourselves too.

Call on them and they will come through and answer. By answering, that doesn’t only mean literally hearing their voice when they speak like I can hear them having psychic clairaudience. It means that inner voice. Or, you may find yourself out in public and overhear a stranger saying something that sounds exactly like something your loved one would say, it’s your loved ones speaking through them to you. Another way is, hearing something on the radio in a song or on the TV, many messages come through these means as a easier way to communicate. If all else fails, ask them to visit you in your dreams. Be patient as it may not happen overnight.

I think it was a couple of years ago I had a dream one night. I found myself below ground in what looked like a secret dojo boxing platform. I suddenly found myself being attacked in a physical fight with a man I did not recognize. It looked like I was losing the fight when I saw a couple of poisonous snakes circling around and attacking me. I then heard my deceased mother’s voice talking to me from above, that told me exactly what was going on. Once I came to the realization the man is a demon and it was a spiritual attack I was able to fight and free myself from it and I defeated the demon.
